Minor: Speech, Enchanting, ? (Alchemy? Smithing? Block? Restoration?).Major: Two Handed, Heavy Armor, ? (Destruction for Cloak spells? Alteration for Self-Buffs? Conjuration to Support Enchanting or keep an Atronach?).Those objectives in mind the class/build I was thinking of was Become Leader of at least one relevant Guild (Probably Companions or College).Edition Content (I think I have the proper patches for it, except for Fishing which doesn't appear to have one)
#Immersive armors compatibility requiem Patch

Or something like the Fade/Arcane Warrior from Dragon Age.
So generally in RPGs my preferred class is generally an aggressive Warrior/Warrior-Mage hybrid (where the Mage part isn't really used for killing but self-buffs and disruptions of the enemy to make the "HIT IT REALLY HARD" gameplan easier or hit harder) so I tend to lean towards stuff like Vanguard (Mass Effect), or Arms Warrior (WoW), Power Armor + Autos and Grenades (Fallout) or Two-Handed Warrior in general. The civil war will be a greater challenge as soldiers were given a lot more variety, you'll have dual wielding stormcloak berserkers, tanky imperial champions, casters on both sides, etc, your rewards are going to be highly tempered faction gear instead of random items.įoods only work outside of combat and most foods now give you an over time buff (restore 1 points of stamina/magicka for 600 seconds and such) making eating key for early game.Ī lot of perks and magic were reworked to be more useful or less overpowered, Illusion is now mainly useful for stealth builds, Destruction is less of a cheat code, Enchantments were improved (such as banish/turn spells dealing some unresistable damage to undead/daedra that are too high level to banish, you put Banishment Rank II on a dagger and just slaughter dremora), Evasion gives flat buffs to movement and attack speed instead of lesser powers you could use and so on.Īnyways, there's more to cover, but this'll do for a shoutout I guess, can only recommend Requiem for a Knave, it's high quality and pretty polished, has its own patches collection and a dragonborn plugin, these can be used alongside the base Requiem patch central and other patches. Now they come in different varieties, ebony vamps are still present, but now they mostly only use vampiric drain and rely on their tankiness to melee you, some will be conjurer/necromancer types that rely on high level summons, some will be destructionists, etc, the new ones drop unique loot too, Vampirism is no longer an early game option and it's a bit less overpowered.įorsworn are faster and more deadly, their shamans come in different types, overall just a more dangerous enemy, but not to the point where it's like Minor Arcana's version of forsworn and they drop legendary tempered forsworn swords (essentially a stick with stones strapped on it that'll do more damage than untempered daedric) and their casters summon a spirit werewolf and a dremora archer at the same time.īosses that felt too weak or neglected were improved, given unique looks and abilities, Gathrik, Curalmil, the Gauldur bros, Red Eagle etc have more identity and present a better challenge now. Master vampires feel more like master vampires than literal gods that could annihilate 80% of the game world alone, but don't because reasons. Such as poison and most enchantments being blockable, no more falmer paralyzing you through your guard or you passively headbutting your opponents shield to drain health with an enchantment anyways. To some extent, it makes certain parts of Requiem "easier" and certain parts harder, but I find the changes made to be focus on being more logical instead of purposeful nerfs.
#Immersive armors compatibility requiem mod
Thought to just give this mod a shoutout after a playthrough with it, it's a really well-made and consistent overhaul of vanilla Requiem that introduces a pretty large number of improvements in most aspects.
